Our Orlando vacation villa is in the countryside at Indian Ridge in the heart of Florida USA.  The villa is near the attractions including Disney, Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios [previously MGM], Animal Kingdom, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and Sea World.  Just 3 miles southwest of the entrance to Walt Disney World Resort, our villa in Orlando has easy access to Interstate 4, US192, International Drive and Florida coasts.

The south facing pool, which has an automatic solar heat system and hand rail for ease of entry/exit, is in a very private fenced garden backed by trees so you can relax and enjoy yourself without being overlooked.

Utilities, Internet Wi-Fi, telephone calls and a cleaning service on your departure are all included.  There is a 24/7 monitored security system, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a safe to keep your personal possession secure.  The double garage has internal access to the villa and an electrically operated door.
 
There are over 60 golf courses in the vicinity of our Orlando villa and Mystic Dunes is just 2 minutes away.  Championsgate is only 5 minutes south and has two courses designed by Greg Norman, the 36 hole International and 18 hole National.  It is also the World HQ for the David Leadbetter Academy.

Our home is air conditioned and also has the addition of ceiling fans.  Orlando Villa USA is furnished, carpeted and ceramic floor tiled to a high standard with two living and two dining areas.  The villa stands on a larger than average plot of 9600 square feet and comfortably accommodates six adults.  There is also a cot, highchair and pushchair provided should there be a child in your party.
 
The kitchen is comprehensively equipped, including cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer with automatic icemaker/chilled filtered water dispensers, microwave, coffee maker and waste disposal.  Bed linen, towels, coat hangers and hair dryers are provided.  There is a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board in the utility room.
